The history of Can Picafort dates back to more than a century ago when a few families living in Santa Margarida decided to build homes in this area of Mallorca. They built summer homes in which to spend the summers relaxing.

Today Can Picafort is a tourist destination in Mallorca, a destination in which you will find many apartments, hotels, aparthotels and an endless amount of activities veered towards tourism. Jeroni Fuster, also known as Picafort was the name of one of the inhabitants that started the development of this area in the Balearic Islands of Spain.
