Very quiet self catering home on a 300 sq.metres plot of land, newly restored near the Alcudia Bay and approx. 4 km from C'an Picafort which is the largest beach of the island and approx.7 km from Muro.

The apartment for rent is situated in a bordering part of the villa. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living-/dining room with SAT TV, air conditioning/heathing, bathroom, fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious balcony with barbecue and sun loungers.

Directly opposite you have the swimming pool with childrens basin, exterior shower, lawns, sun loungers, roofed terrace, tennis court and a tower for magnificient views.

Plenty of parking facilities.

Costs for electricity according to usage: 0,20/kWh.

Additional bed for children up to 12 years of age without any charge (pls specify in notes). Cod Euro 3/day. High chair without charge.
