One-family holiday home to rent. New construction to host eight people, with private swimming pool, a spacious fenced in property in Son Serra de Marina.

The chalet has three bedrooms. One with double bed and two with two individual beds, two bathrooms.

Living/dining room with a table for eight, two sofas and two exits to the terraces and swimming pool. Good sized kitchen with dishwasher, mircowave, vitroceramic cooking facility, fridge etc.

Outdoor furniture on the terrace and canvas chairs by the pool. Washing machine.

Electricity according to consumption 0.18 euro/kwh

Private garage. It is advisable to be motorised.

Two beaches with fine sands and clear waters are to be enjoyed in Son Serra de Marina. No mass tourism because of only a few hotels. Long beaches, also for nudists, are nearby.
Son Serra de Marina is found in the Bay Alcudia, North of the island. This very peaceful location has a sports haven, a church, various restaurants, a farmacy and a bakery.

Supermarkets, shops and a diving school are found in Ca'n Picafort.
