S'Albufera Park is a nature lover's paradise. It extends over an area of 2,580 hectares with a perimeter of almost 32km. It covers parts of the municipalities of Alcúdia, Muro and sa Pobla.
You'll see some amazing wildlife here, birdlife in particular. There's a wide variety of birds, from all over Europe, that come to rest here every year. All throughout the park there are areas where you can sit and watch these fascinating creatures at your leisure.
The park is open to visitors and is very well sign posted. It's one of the best places to go walking in the area and makes for a very relaxing day out. S'Albufera is open every day of the year from 9:00am to dusk. Entry is free.
