The apartment "calma" (calmness) lives up to its name and has additionally some impresive views to the seaside and the northeast coast of Mallorca. On the right side there is "Cap Farrutx" now declared "National Park of the Llevant peninsula" and on the left, the Formentor.

On the terrace of the apartment you can not only enjoy the views, but also the tranquillity, to pass some unforgettable evenings, or to go for a stroll in the surroundings.

The apartment contains three double rooms, one complete bathroom and a toilet, a living room with a fire place and direct access to the terrace. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Small terrace in the back of the house.

Son Serra Marina is one of the now few places which kept that special "old times summer" quality.
It is like a small seaside village, where the urbanization has widened in the back of it.

The beach of Son Serra de Marina is very appreciated by surfers. Close by the beaches of "Sa Canova" and "Son Real" can be found. Not far from here, the small port "Son Serra Nova" with its fisher boats, the "Llauts" is situated.
